축제, 동아리, 총장 — campus has its own language.

대학생 culture runs on 동아리 (clubs) — from 밴드 to 봉사 to 술모임 disguised as 등산. Join one and you'll have 30 friends by week two.

축제 season (May) brings idol concerts to campus quads for free. 총학생회 (student council) books the lineup; nobody asks how.

Grades curve, attendance (출석) is graded, and 과제 (assignments) pile up in groups (팀플) that teach you more about politics than any class.
