Korean rentals run on 보증금 (deposit, often 5–20 million ₩) + 월세 (monthly rent). Bigger deposit = smaller rent; some are 전세 (huge deposit, no rent).

Check 관리비 (building fees) — 30,000–150,000₩/month extra. Options: 옵션 (furniture/appliances included) vs 빌트인 (built-in kitchen).
