Check-in: keys, floors, breakfast times
예약했어요 opens every front desk in the country.
Die Erklärung ist Englisch. Koreanische Zeilen und Sinn folgen deiner Sprache.
예약했어요 (I have a reservation) plus your name is the entire transaction. If booking failed, 예약하고 싶은데요 turns the desk into your agent.
Korean hotels count floors Sino-style: 5층 is the fifth floor. Ask 몇 층이에요? (which floor?) and 조식은 몇 시부터예요? (what time does breakfast start?) — the two questions that make a stay smooth.
체크아웃 몇 시예요? saves you a late fee. And if the room has an issue, no drama: 에어컨이 안 돼요 gets a new room faster than a paragraph of apology.
