Body part + 아파요 (hurts) is the whole consultation: 머리 아파요 (headache), 배 아파요 (stomach), 목 아파요 (throat). Add since when: 어제부터 (since yesterday) and you're basically a local patient.
Clinics (의원) handle walk-ins; big hospitals (병원) need 접수 (registration) first. Reception asks 보험 있어요? (do you have insurance?). No? Say 없어요 and pay 영수증 (receipt) in hand — for travel insurance later.
The pharmacy gives 조제 (prepared) packets with times: 아침, 점심, 저녁 after meals. 약사 (pharmacist) instructions are the listening comprehension exam that actually matters. Well being is lesson one; this is lesson one repeated at a higher difficulty.
