Korean cafés move fast, but the menu logic never changes: drink + size + hot/iced + 주세요. 아이스 아메리카노 한 잔 주세요.
Sizes are tall/grande or just 원사이즈 (one size). Hot is 뜨거운 것 or 핫, iced is 아이스 — point at the menu and you're fine.
Takeout beats sitting: 포장해 주세요. Sitting in? 매장에서 마실게요. One word, whole transaction.
