이걸로요 / 주세요

Pointing works. Combining pointing with 이걸로요 works in Korean.

주세요 = please give me. Stick it on food, bags, the bill: 물 주세요, 봉지 주세요.

이걸로요 = this one (as for this). You can tap the pastry case and say only that. Staff will complete the rest.

여기요 is how you call a server. It is not rude in a busy restaurant. Whispering 'excuse me' in English is slower.
