What we collect
If you sign in with Google we store your Google subject, email, name, and picture to keep a session. Lesson progress, AI studio turns, and payment records live in Cloudflare D1. We do not sell birth charts or medical data — this product is a language school, not an oracle.
Payments
Paid studio passes are processed by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). Card data never hits LOWKEY servers. Webhook events are stored briefly so we can grant credits once and refund if we fail.
Ads
Free lesson pages may load Google AdSense when a publisher ID is configured. Ad-free passes turn that off for the signed-in account. Guests always see the ad slot if AdSense is live.
Analytics
We run two counters: a first-party, cookieless traffic log (hashed daily, no profiles) and, when configured, Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which lessons help learners. GA4 may set its own cookies; you can block it with any ad blocker or Do Not Track and every page still works.
AI
Studio messages are sent to xAI to generate a reply. Do not paste secrets, other people's ID numbers, or anything you would not say to a tutor.
