몇 분이세요 is not a quiz. It is how big a table they grab.

Answer with a number plus 명이요: 두 명이요, 네 명이요. Holding up fingers works. Saying 'two please' in English is slower.

메뉴 주세요. 맵지 않게 해 주세요 if chili is not your sport. 잘 먹겠습니다 before the first bite is still in use with hosts; with a solo lunch it is optional.

계산이요 or a wave plus 카드요. Do not wait for them to invent a dessert course you did not order.
