The tutor is a model. It can be wrong. Credits are consumed per turn. Unused credits from a pass that was never granted are refunded automatically within the delivery window.
Refunds
If payment succeeds and credits are not granted within 30 minutes, the system refunds in full. After credits land, refunds are a support decision — we may claw back unused credits.
